Mole Day 2000
Celebrate the MOLEnnium

Mole Day 2000 was a great success!

On Monday, October 23, 2000 we celebrated Mole Day.

Students in Mr. Flint's chemistry classes made moles using the mole pattern available in class. Extra credit moles were worth between 5 and 15 points. If you made a standard size mole that is pretty plain it is worth 5 points. Extra large or extra small moles are worth more. Eyes, feet and a tail add more as well.

If you are artistic then a drawing using the official Mole Day mascot is acceptable as well. BE CREATIVE!

We did a laboratory experiment on mole day.

Students brought in Mole Day related food items such as cakes in the shape of a mole, a mole house (gingerbread house), and other creative mole-related food item. Party items were worth 5 points.
